Drove innovation culture throughout Maxis by organising Ideation workshops, Innovation Safari and Innovation talks and debate to encourage idea submissions onto the Maxis Innovation Platform. Internal ideas will go through a pipeline to pitch to management for potential funding and further development.
Collaborated with other departments to organise Maxis IoT Challenge to find solutions from startups and employees for problems in Agriculture, Manufacturing and Smart Cities. Managed internal winning teams through their intrapreneurship journey post-program.
